  • In case you choose the Arm Away mode without tripping an Entry/Exit zone, automatically the security system will set to Arm Stay mode.

  • When the Security Status Header is in the armed state, tap on it or you can tap on the IntelligentHome app.
  • Now, enter the security code and you will get the confirmation from the Security Status header about the system being disarmed.

 

Method 2: Subscriber Portal

Follow the steps, given below, to arm the security system using Subscriber Portal:

  • At first, log in to the Subscriber Portal.
  • In here, select the 'Disarmed, Click to Arm' option.
  • You will get 3 alarming modes to choose from: Away, Stay or Night.
  • At last, enter the keypad code and the home page will display the countdown.

Follow the below steps to disarm the security system using Subscriber Portal:

  • Go to the home page of the Subscriber Portal and select the 'Armed, Click to Disarm' labeled button.

Follow these steps to arm the security system using Key Fob:

  • Press the 'Arm Stay' or 'Arm Away' option on the key fob and hold it for a couple of seconds.
  • You will notice a red light blinking on the key fob and the exit delay period will begin the count down.

Follow the below steps to disarm the security system using Key Fob:

  • Press the Disarm button on the key fob and hold it for a few seconds.
  • A green light will start to blink on the key fob, indicating the system is disarmed now.

Note: In case you see an orange-color light blinking on the key fob instead of green or red light, the system is not prepared to be armed. For instance, door or window might be open.

 

Method 5: Secondary Keypad

Follow the below steps to arm the security system using Secondary Keypad:

  • First of all, enter the 4-digit keypad code.
  • Press the 'Arm Stay' or 'Arm Away' button. This will turn the Disarm button red for about 3 seconds.
  • The exit delay period will begin the countdown.

Note: The Disarm button will flash the orange light seven times if the system is not prepared for arming. For instance, a door or window might be open.

  • Start by entering the 4-digit keypad code.
  • Now, press the Disarm button; it will turn to green, indicating the system is disarmed.
